Q: Where are you located?

A: Laura Pereira Design and Invitations is located in Glenwood, NSW. I work from my home office. 

Q: Do you have a store I can visit in person?

A: Laura Pereira Design and Invitations is an online store, at the moment we don’t have a physical store but hope to in the near future.

Q: When should I start ordering my wedding invitations?

A: I suggest that you start ordering your invitation 6 months prior to your wedding or 9 months for a destination wedding. This allows time for you to stamp and send as well as giving your guest plenty of time to R.S.V.P. 

If you are having a wedding in a busy time of year or peak wedding season, I recommend the use of SAVE THE DATE cards, this a card that you send out to your guests so they hold that date in their calendar before any holiday plans or other events come up. It’s also a great way to get all your family and friends excited about your upcoming wedding or event!

Q: How long will it take for my invitations to be ready?

A: It generally takes about 4 weeks from the time from payment being made and design being confirmed for your invitations to be shipped to you. Custom designs can take up to 8 weeks. 

Q: What is included in the price for invitations?

A:  In all our invitation sets include the main invitation itself and a blank outer envelope. You can add on all additional cards such as R.S.V.P., Wishing Well and Information Cards further down the product page. 

Q: Do I have to order a minimum amount?

A: It depends on the style of invitation that you would like. 

For our laser cut and mirror acrylic collections there is no minimum order. For foil press, letterpress and any custom order the minimum will be disclosed at the time of quotation.  

Q: What prices do your invitations start from?

A: Our prices start from $5.00 per invitation, for more information on pricing please see our collections page.

Q: Do you offer guest name printing on envelopes?

A: Yes we can offer guest name printing on envelopes for a cost of $0.50 per envelope. 

Q: Where can you deliver?

A: We ship worldwide! 

Q: Which carrier do you use for shipping?

A: We ship through Australia Post and use the Express Post Service with Signature for all domestic (within Australia) parcels. International parcels are also shipped with Australia Post using their InternationalPost Service. 

Q: Can I collect my order rather than paying for delivery?

A: At the moment I cannot offer pick up service due to the current COVID-19 situation and my young family. Rest assured your invitation will be carefully packed and shipped with the utmost of care.
